Differences between shaft kiln bauxite and rotary kiln bauxite

The rotary kiln barrel can rotate with a certain gradient from high to low. Raw meal is poured from high (kiln tail) to low (kiln head). The speed can be adjusted. The rotary kiln can move in circles and from high to low. The bauxite produced has high yield, uniform heating.

The shaft kiln is heated by burning coal at the bottom, and the materials will be discharged from the bottom through the pre heating zone, firing zone and cooling zone from top to bottom. Calcined bauxite produced by shaft kiln is unevenly heated and has poor refractoriness.
