GARNET FOR SANDBLASTING

Garnet sand is called a natural corundum, strong hardness and, it is a kind of aluminum, at present, due to its internal chemical molecules, chemistry stability is good wait for a characteristic. so it as a new type sand blasting material.

In the process of surface preparation, Garnet is blasted on to the surface of the steel with the use of high pressure compressed air. This process is called sand blasting. Garnet sand abrasive has features of good hardness.

It is widely used in aluminum profile, copper profile, precision molds, and many other fields. It is the prescribed abrasive for oil companies, petrochemical tank works, heavy equipment repair, industrial parts cleaning and ship building companies.

Garnet sand blasting abrasive has high hardness, long lifetime, high grinding efficiency, low consumption, good finish and high recycling rate.

The sandblasting level of garnet sand is very high. It can penetrate into the holes and uneven parts to completely remove the oxide layer and other debris. The sand-blasted surface has no insert, no adverse convex point and pits.
