SEPPE HSP (SEPREM) is a sintered-bauxite high-strength ceramic proppant. Available sizes are 16/30, 20/40, 30/50 and 40/70.

HSP Crush Resistance

The crush test reports fines generated after loading. Read each result with its mesh and test stress. The TDS reference values are listed below.

HSP mesh 10,000 psi 12,500 psi 15,000 psi
16/30 5.1% 7.3% 12.5%
20/40 2.6% 4.5% 7.8%
30/50 2.1% 3.6% 6.5%
40/70 1.7% 3.1% 5.2%

Values are percent fines generated at the stated stress. They are TDS reference data.

For HSP 30/50, the TDS shows 3.6% fines at 12,500 psi. The batch COA shows 4.12% at 12,500 psi.

HSP 30/50 Conductivity under Closure Stress

The HSP TDS reports conductivity and permeability in 2% KCl at 250°F. For 30/50, conductivity falls from 4,257 md-ft at 2,000 psi to 1,391 md-ft at 12,000 psi. Permeability falls from 254 to 81 Darcies over the same pressure range.
