SEPPE HSP (SEPREM) is a sintered-bauxite high-strength ceramic proppant. Available sizes are 16/30, 20/40, 30/50 and 40/70.
The crush test reports fines generated after loading. Read each result with its mesh and test stress. The TDS reference values are listed below.
| HSP mesh | 10,000 psi | 12,500 psi | 15,000 psi |
|---|---|---|---|
| 16/30 | 5.1% | 7.3% | 12.5% |
| 20/40 | 2.6% | 4.5% | 7.8% |
| 30/50 | 2.1% | 3.6% | 6.5% |
| 40/70 | 1.7% | 3.1% | 5.2% |
Values are percent fines generated at the stated stress. They are TDS reference data.
For HSP 30/50, the TDS shows 3.6% fines at 12,500 psi. The batch COA shows 4.12% at 12,500 psi.
The HSP TDS reports conductivity and permeability in 2% KCl at 250°F. For 30/50, conductivity falls from 4,257 md-ft at 2,000 psi to 1,391 md-ft at 12,000 psi. Permeability falls from 254 to 81 Darcies over the same pressure range.
These results come from one HSP 30/50 lot inspected on 20 Aug 2026. The COA lists ISO 13503-2 / API RP 19C as its test standards.
