Introduction
SEPPE resin-coated proppant is refined from silica sand and polymer material through many production processes by scientific technology. It is especially applicable to the hydraulic fracturing measure for shale gas and dense oil & gas reservoir. It can effectively reduce proppant insertion into shale gas and dense oil & gas reservoir and keep the fissure width stable. Due to the fact that resin coated silica sand proppant has the features of low density, high strength and low friction, it can be transmitted from a distant area and be applicable to the multi-section hydraulic fracturing operation of the horizontal wells. It can effectively decrease the hydraulic fracturing cost and prevent some fragments of broken sand from migrating to avoid causing harm to the fissure conductivity.
Features
●Bonds in the fracture with temperature and closure
●100% coating efficiency encapsulates the substrate
●Bonded proppant pack reduces effective stress on proppant
●Formulated for maximum compatibility with complicated frac fluids
●Resin coating can be applied to any SEPPE proppant
Benefits
●Versatile—expands the usable application range (depth, temperature and stress)
●No proppant flowback—eliminates subsequent equipment damage and the expense of cleanouts and disposal
●Maintains conductivity—resin coating prevents fines from being released
●Maintains particle integrity—prevents chemical attack on substrate
●No additional chemical costs—since no fluid chemistry change is required, the job can be pumped as designed
