Product Description
Brown corundum is an artificial corundum made from bauxite, carbon material and iron scrap through high temperature electric melting in an electric arc furnace.It is a tough, hard material (Mohs hardness 9) with high strength, excellent wear and corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity. Brown fused alumina is widely used in refractory materials, grinding wheels, sandpaper, blasting media, metal preparation, grinding, polishing and other hundreds of applications.
