Brown Fused Alumina Oxide as Coated Abrasive
SEPPE Brown Fused Alumina Oxide as coated abrasive is processed for sanding belts, abrasive cloth, sandpaper, flap discs, abrasive rolls and surface finishing materials. The grain offers sharp cutting edges, good toughness and controlled P grade particle size to support stable coating, strong adhesion and consistent sanding performance.
▸ This product is a brown fused alumina grain selected for coated abrasive backing systems such as cloth, paper, fiber and film.
▸ P grade particle size and grain shape are controlled to support uniform coating, cutting consistency and surface finish quality.
▸ It is widely used for metal sanding, wood sanding, stainless steel finishing, flap discs and abrasive belt production.
▸ P Grade Particle Size: Particle size distribution is controlled for coated abrasive production and surface finish consistency.
▸ Sharp Cutting Edges: Angular grain shape supports fast stock removal and good sanding efficiency.
▸ Good Adhesion Support: Clean grain surface and stable size distribution help support resin bonding on coated abrasive backings.
▸ Controlled Bulk Density: Bulk density and particle shape can be reviewed to support coating weight and product design.
▸ Application Flexibility: Available P grits can be used for sanding belts, discs, sheets, rolls and abrasive sleeves.
