Introduction
High-temperature calcined brown fused alumina is calcined at high temperature in the production process of original brown corundum, and then annealed. Its is characterized by low expansion coefficient, excellent hydrophilicity, good toughness and high strength.
The sintered abrasives produced have the characteristics of dark blue color after firing, no resillage and no rust spots, etc. So this kind of product increase the precision and grinding effect of the abrasives during processing. Brown Fused Alumina with high temperature treatment is especially suitable for the production of high-grade bonded abrasives.
