Introduction
The abrasive grains of this kind of product is crashed by rolling machine. The bulk density is lower than the ball mill grains. It is characterized by its high purity, strong self-sharpening, good toughness and extremely low magnetic content. It can be made into abrasive tools that has the advantages of sharp grinding, low heat generation rate, high grinding ratio, and less adhesion in the using course.
The sintered abrasives produced have the characteristics of dark blue color after firing, no resillage and no rust spots, etc. After washing, the dust is very low. It is suitable for the manufacture of ceramic, resin high-bonded abrasive tools, as well as grinding and polishing materials, etc.
