STAINLESS STEEL SHOT & CUT WIRE SHOT

Stainless steel shot is made of 304 / 430 stainless steel via water atomization & solution heat treatment, bright silvery spherical shape, rust-free.

Stainless Steel Cut Wire Shot is cut from solid stainless steel wire into short cylinder shape, fiber metal structure, better cutting ability. Available in 430/304/316, 316 resists acid & seawater corrosion.

Advantages of stainless steel shot

1. Stainless and non oxidizing, the workpiece after shot blasting has no iron pollution and will not produce rust spots;

2. Spherical soft impact, only brightens and does not scratch aluminum, zinc, magnesium alloys, and stainless steel workpieces;

3. Low dust and long cycle life.

Application scenarios

Aluminum alloy die-casting, zinc alloy, stainless steel hardware, die-casting bathroom, polished matte jewelry, food equipment workpieces, precision die-casting with black skin removal.

Advantages of stainless steel wire cut shot

1. With a slight cutting edge, it can both remove rust and remove stubborn burrs;

2. Stainless, non carburizing, and non iron element pollution high-end workpieces;

3. The crushing rate is extremely low, and the service life is better than that of cast stainless steel pellets.

Application scenarios

Stainless steel casting deburring, titanium alloy, aviation accessories, die-casting large parts, valve rework, and sandblasting strengthening of wet offshore workpieces.

Size Selection Guide

Recommneded size ranges by application and workplace type

Size RangeRecommended Application

Surface cleaning, descaling, deburring, and peening of small stainless precision castings, aluminum and magnesium die castings, copper-zinc alloy precision castings, stainless castings, stainless plates and tubes, molds, and glass products.

Selection difference

Spherical stainless steel ball: seeking a smooth and polished surface, matte finish, and no damage to the surface → polishing of aluminum and small parts.

Stainless steel wire cutting ball: deburring, removing thick oxide skin, strengthening workpieces → heavy-duty stainless steel/titanium alloy castings.
