Brown Corundum Abrasive For Abrasion Wheels
SEPPE Brown Corundum Abrasive for abrasion wheels is a tough brown fused alumina grain designed for resin bonded and vitrified bonded grinding wheels, cutting wheels, mounted points and abrasive blocks. With high hardness, controlled toughness and stable F grade particle size, it supports aggressive metal grinding, edge retention and reliable wheel performance.
▸ This product is selected from brown fused alumina and screened mainly for bonded abrasive tool production.
▸ The grain is designed to resist premature breakdown while keeping sharp cutting edges during grinding wheel and cutting disc operation.
▸ SEPPE supplies common F grades for resin wheels, vitrified wheels, grinding stones and cutting tools.
▸ Stable F Grit Control: Sieve distribution is controlled for bonded abrasive wheel production and consistent wheel structure.
▸ Good Cutting Ability: Angular brown corundum grains provide strong cutting action for carbon steel, alloy steel and general metal grinding.
▸ Bonding Compatibility: Controlled grain cleanliness and particle size help support resin and vitrified bond systems.
▸ Tough Grain Strength: Good toughness helps reduce excessive grain breakage under grinding pressure.
▸ Reliable Batch Quality: Chemical composition, magnetic material and particle size are checked by batch before shipment.
