SEPPE CENOSPHERE
2621900090
SEPPE Cenosphere is a lightweight hollow aluminosilicate microsphere used as a functional mineral filler for oilfield cementing, coatings, construction materials, refractory systems, plastics, composites, and thermal insulation products. Common mesh ranges include 30-100 Mesh, with custom particle size and density options available according to application requirements. Floatation rate, pH, iron content, and other quality targets can be adjusted for specific applications.
▸ Cenospheres are naturally formed hollow ceramic microspheres recovered and purified from fly ash. Each sphere has a rigid aluminosilicate shell and a sealed hollow interior, creating low density, thermal insulation, and mineral stability in one particle.
▸ SEPPE supplies general cenosphere grades for broad industrial use, with optional application-specific grades and testing protocols for oilfield cementing, coating, and insulation systems.
▸ This page is arranged as a complete Cenosphere material overview: product function, grade selection, applications, physical properties, quality control, documents, packaging, FAQ, and related resources.
